Symptom:
Cannot Access Admin Shares (e.g. c$, d$) on Windows 10 Client

Solution:

1. Add a new DWORD Value (32bit) Registry Key "LocalAccountTokenFilterPolicy" with value "1" HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\policies\system
2. reboot client or run "gpupdate.exe /force" from an administrative prompt.
